Who we are
Mexican street food made in Seville. We started in 2021 as a dark kitchen in Los Remedios, in the former Puglia, where much of the team comes from. Today, three locations and one central kitchen.
The cochinita and the pork cheek cook low and slow for hours. There's no shortcut, so we don't take one.
Guacamole, pico de gallo and salsas are made every morning, just enough for the day. We never serve you yesterday's.
Every burrito is rolled one by one when you order. Fifteen minutes, not three, and you can tell.
We're looking for kitchen and front-of-house staff at all three locations. No Mexican-food experience needed: we'll teach you. You do need drive and the stamina for a Friday night.
Where we are
Macarena, Los Remedios and Sevilla Este. In all three the griddle is in plain view. In Los Remedios and Sevilla Este you sit down, a table for two or for twelve; San Luis is pick-up and take-away only.

Yes, via Uber Eats and Glovo from all three locations. And if you pick it up yourself, order on Last App with no fees and it's ready in 15–25 minutes.
€9.95 for almost all of them. The Doña Juana, the plant-based one, is €12.50. Combos with chips and a drink from €14.95, and the Thursday and Friday lunch menu is €10.
The Doña Juana, with Heura instead of meat, is 100% plant-based. Any bowl can be ordered dairy-free. If you're strictly vegan, ask us about the tortilla before ordering.
In Los Remedios and Sevilla Este, yes, right here or by calling the restaurant. San Luis is pick-up and take-away only, no tables. For groups over ten, write to us and we'll tailor it.
At Calle San Luis 78 (Macarena), Virgen de Loreto 16 (Los Remedios) and Calle Japón 10 (Sevilla Este). All three with the griddle in plain view.
